We can run payrolls weekly or monthly.

You will receive:
● A list of amendments made to employee information
● A schedule of the input details
● Payslips for each employee
● Payslips for your file
● Summary of pay details
● Departmental summary (if required)
● Amount of Tax and National Insurance to be paid
● BACS / Cheque Summary
● P45’s as required

● End of year documentation (printed copies & submitted on line for you)

All you need to do is pay the employee, hand out the payslips and pay the Inland Revenue when due.

We can be registered with the Inland Revenue as your agent (if you wish) and all correspondence regarding tax code changes etc will then come direct to us. We will then also be able to file your end of year returns on line for you (filing online may mean you are eligible for a rebate!!)

You can send you details to us by email or post prior to each payroll run.
After processing we will forward information required immediately by email and the rest will be sent in the post first class.
